Denise Cooke
Denise is an accomplished, multi-published community leader currently pursuing a PhD in Functional Medicine. Her passion for health stems from her personal journey—overcoming multiple autoimmune conditions, shedding more than 100 pounds, and ultimately becoming a cover model in her late 40s. Her guiding belief is simple yet powerful: “You are never too old, too sick, or too broken to create a life you love.” With a deep commitment to wellness and connection, Denise envisions an innovative, inclusive space where individuals can pursue healthier lifestyles and build meaningful relationships.
